APARTHEID

I recall not too long ago when most of the world criticized the apartheid practices of South Africa, calling for boycotts of South African goods and asking recording artists and other performers not to go there, and if they did go there, they were roundly condemned.

I see very little of this regarding Israeli apartheid against Palestinians, even though it’s every bit as deadly and brutal.

This is indicative of the deep moral crises now gripping the world, affecting everything from the slaughter in the Middle East to destruction of earth’s eco-system.

Future historians, if there are any, will look back on these times and shake their heads in disgust.
